“70th Birthday Celebration”
On behalf of my wife and I, I would just like to say how impressed we were with Unsliven farm house.  Everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa and her staff. The place itself is amazing.  Lovely rooms and garden.  The games room was very popular with all our family. The kitchen is so well equipped and we really enjoyed our meal cooked by Andrew and Kirstie on the Monday night.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you so much for making my 70th birthday so special.

“A fabulous 3 storey house in an excellent location for running and walking.”
The facilities, furnishings and linen are top quality. We visited on a cold, frosty January weekend but the house was very warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend this spacious property for a group of friends or family. Thankyou Lisa for your hospitality we hope to return in the future.

“A fantastic place to stay in a large group.”
The layout meant that there was plenty of space for everyone to be together, yet if anyone wanted some peace there other areas just as comfy! We were short of nothing - so well equipped and well organised. As a group of 10 adults and 5 children it was perfect. The games room was loved by the children and the comfy sofa areas by the adults for catching up and relaxing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. With the added bonus of lots of enjoyable walks in the local area we would definitely recommend Unsliven Bridge Farm as it exceeds it 5 star rating.

“A super cottage in a superb location.”
Every comfort was there. We felt very much at home. It’s a luxurious cottage but child and multi adult friendly too meaning we could all relax! So much thought has gone into getting it perfect. All we need now is another family occasion to warrant booking the 4 bedroomed cottage for 2 of us again! Incidentally, there were 7 of us for the weekend and it was plenty big enough for us all, but just the 2 of us for most of the week and we didn’t rattle but still felt cosy on our own. Well done to Lisa, Nicholas and their team!

“A wonderful 4 generation family holiday.”
The cottage was exceptional with all facilities and more, that would be required. The location was convenient to explore the area and we had an enjoyable time doing this. The cottage was impeccably clean and comfortable, bedding luxurious and beds wonderful. Every detail has been thought of from a wonderful selection of games and books, even some babies toys. Made child friendly with stair gates at top and bottom of each staircase. I could not find any fault with anything. Many thanks to Lisa and her family for the care provided. We are likely to return.

“As a family group of 15 (aged from 8 to 73), we have just returned from celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary in this fabulous property.”
It by far exceeded all our expectations. Lisa met us on our arrival and was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property was immaculately clean with top quality fixtures, linen, and furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen to die for. The attention to detail was second to none and absolutely everything had been thought through. As it was quite a wet weekend, the games room was put to good use by both children and adults, and the hot tub was also a huge success. We do not hesitate in recommending this barn – it is perfect in every way, and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

“Beautiful cottage”
Have just spent a weeks family holiday in this wonderful cottage and didn't want to leave! Finished to such a high standard, the rooms are all lovely with hotel standard bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to use with a handy utility room. The garage has been converted to a games room which is a godsend with kids if it's raining! The trans pennine trail is right behind the cottage, perfect for walks. Spent lovely evenings in the garden (until the British summertime rain hit at the end of the week!) Great location, easy to get into the Peak District from the cottage...we can't recommend it highly enough! Lisa, the owner, is so friendly and contactable if you need anything. We will definitely be staying in one of their cottages again!

“Beautiful setting and on point with the photos and description.”
Lovely modern finish to the property whilst in keeping to its original charm. Well kept and filled with all the appliances needed for a home away from home experience. Jacuzzi was a lovely touch and well maintained throughout. Games room was also a definate selling point for us and set this accommodation apart from others we'd looked at. Easy booking from the off. Well informed throughout the process, with all the information we needed at hand. Arrival was warm and welcoming. Briefed on the maintenance of the property for the duration of our stay. Cateered for the varied age of our family/group in every way. We'll be booking in the near future!
